"Our experience with State Farm started off a little frustrating because we weren't getting the customer service we needed while working directly with the company on our claim. Thankfully, once we reached out to our local agent, Jeff, everything changed.
Jeff stepped in right away, took the time to listen, and helped get our claim resolved quickly and efficiently. His communication and genuine willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive one.
