"Our experience with State Farm started off a little frustrating because we weren't getting the customer service we needed while working directly with the company on our claim. Thankfully, once we reached out to our local agent, Jeff, everything changed.

"Every year, my landlord requires proof of renters insurance and doesn't accept renewal statements which was all that was available to me on the State Farm app. I forwarded Jeff the email my landlord sent me and asked if he can help. He not only got the document needed but emailed my landlord DIRECTLY to take care of this situation. That's going above and beyond and I appreciate Jeff Lester taking care of that for me.
