"Just finished a call with Jeff Lester. He took the time to explain the reasons that homeowner’s insurance rates were changing, the choices State Farm has made given the increase in building costs and the numerous weather events that Wisconsin has suffered versus other insurance carriers’ decisions. We also discussed my current coverage and updated it to make sure I could be made whole if I suffered a loss. As a result, he renewed my faith in both State Farm and in him as my agent. So blessed to have the coverage that I hope I will never need. Excellent agent!"
