I had the opportunity to speak with both Jeff and Cindy. I felt they did a great job explaining my options. Additionally, they made the whole “getting/switching insurance” experience easy and stress free.

Jeff and his crew are very friendly and helpful. State Farm has an app which made the claims process go very smoothly. Someone is always available to answer the phone during regular business hours. The office was much larger than I expected it to be. They must insure half of Two Rivers!

I’ve been going through Jeff Lester with State Farm for a couple of years now and I have to say it blows working with progressive and other companies out of the water. I usually work with Angel when I call in, for questions or to switch a vehicle out. He has me taken care of within minutes, every time, he is such a valuable asset to the team there.
